Installation

On the marketplace listing click the button labeled ‘Try it free’ in the upper right corner. Choose the Jira Cloud instance into which you want to install the Add-on and click ‘Start free trial’. This will automatically provision the Add-on to your Jira Cloud instance. Be aware that this process requires Administrator privileges.

General usage

Having installed the Add-on the function ‘Download all attachments’ will be available in the Jira issue navigator.

The issue navigator is reachable by clicking ‘Issues and filters’ and then ‘Search issues’ or any other filter (stored search).

In the issue navigator, your search for Jira issues can be refined so that only relevant issues will be found.

By clicking on the small ‘Download all attachments’ icon, indicated by a paperclip and an arrow pointing down, in the top right corner your download will start.

The downloaded file will be a Zip archive including all Attachments of all found issues. This also includes the issues which are not among the 50 results displayed on the first page but are displayed on later pages. There is no Limit on the number of issues or attachments.

All files are stored in the root of the Zip file. In the case of naming conflicts a dash and a number are appended in the following way:

Deep Watch

This is the documentation for the Confluence Cloud Add-on Deep Watch.

General

When you watch a Confluence page tree with Deep Watch, you will receive a notification email whenever anyone updates your watched page or any content below it. You can watch a whole section of confluence without subscribing to each page individually or watching the complete space. You’ll always be informed when someone adds or updates pages in the watched page tree.

You’ll receive email notifications for:

  • Page Edits (even if the author clears the ‘Notify watchers’ checkbox)
  • Page creations
  • Pages moving into, out of or within of the watched page tree

Installation

On the marketplace listing click the button labeled ‘Try it free’ in the upper right corner. Choose the Confluence Cloud instance into which you want to install the Add-on and click ‘Start free trial’. This will automatically provision the Add-on to your Confluence Cloud instance. Be aware that this process requires Administrator privileges.

Watching a page tree

Having installed the Add-on, the button ‘Watch page tree’ will be available on every wiki page.

To start watching a page tree

  1. Go to the page.
  2. Chick  Watch Page Tree and select the checkbox.

To stop watching the tree, deselect the checkbox.
